We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Website and Database Coordinator to join our team. This role requires expertise in managing websites, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing various technical and operational functions within our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination with Vendors**: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, managing communication and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- **Website Management**: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, functional, and optimized for user experience.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update the company’s databases, ensuring accuracy, security, and seamless integration with internal systems and tools.
- **IVRS Management**: Manage and troubleshoot the company's Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) to ensure it is operating effectively for customer service and internal communications.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions, update contact details, and ensure all data is logged accurately for marketing and support purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in website management, vendor coordination, and database administration.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software and IVRS systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with website design and development.
- Technical knowledge in database management and data security.
- Prior experience working with IVRS and CRM systems.
