
Talent Acquisition Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Sourcing
- Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Utilize various sources for recruitment.
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
Selection
- Develop effective pre-screening questions to maximize process efficiency, short listing CVs against the requirements
- Advise hiring managers on the selection approaches
- Updating the recruitment trackers and keeping managers informed
Coordinate and Implement Graduate Recruiting Initiatives
- Coordinate graduate recruiting initiatives.
- Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
Administrative responsibilities
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the recruitment database
- Perform other special projects as assigned.

- Provide reporting and regular status updates to hiring managers and actively participate in recruitment meetings.
- Manage recruitment data base for referrals, ageing, TAT recruitment agencies payment, job portals, etc.
- Be accountable for the verification of the accuracy and integrity of financial records, timelines ensuring adherence to WSP policies.
