**Responsibilities**:
Here at Atlassian we're growing our footprint. We are looking for a Principal Recruiter to join our India R&D Recruiting team and be part of the journey

**What you'll do**
- Partner with key senior stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior org leaders, in building their teams and understanding the talent landscape for a particular vertical.
- Partner with other Recruiters and Recruiting Leaders to bring a holistic hiring picture to the leaders you support.
- Influence recruitment strategy by using market data and other metrics to create a narrative and educate hiring leaders on best practices, process and opportunity areas.
- Tap into top passive talent, leveraging market mapping and deep research to inform your sourcing strategy, and driving an innovative sourcing approach that helps you connect with top passive talent.
- Identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions that will improve the broader Recruiting team. This will be achieved with the right level of collaboration and reporting rituals to TA leadership and cross functional teams.

Qualifications:
**On your first day, we'll expect you to have**:

- At least 8 years of experience as a technology recruiter. This should include at least 5 years of technology experience hiring for global software organization as a in-house recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills which help you collaborate seamlessly across functions.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across various functions through complex sourcing and hiring processes.
- You have a consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas.
