We are looking for a Principal Recruiter to join our India R&D Recruiting team and be part of the journey **What you'll do** - Be a partner and business advisor to senior R&D leaders to hire complex senior level positions across the R&D organisation. - Partner with other Recruiters and Recruiting Leaders to bring a holistic hiring picture to the leaders you support. - Drive recruitment strategy by using market data and other metrics to create a narrative and educate hiring leaders on best practices, process and opportunity areas. - Identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions that will improve the broader Recruiting team with the right level of collaboration and visibility to leadership and appropriate partners. - Proactively be a mentor and "go to" for the broader Recruiting team on best practices, challenges and development. Qualifications: **Qualifications** **On your first day, we'll expect you to have**: - In-house or agency recruiting experience within the technology sector. - A background in the software industry and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for software recruiting. - Experience partnering with senior leaders across various functions through complex sourcing and hiring processes. - Experience using innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels. - You have a consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas. - Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems - we use iCIMS, LinkedIn, Linked In Talent Insights, referral programs, HR Headcount systems and job boards). - A focus on building balanced teams.
