Principal Associate
- Recruiting

General Responsibilities:

- Execute on recruiting activities for a distinct line of business and location.
- Develop internal and external recruiting strategies.
- Execute strategies and meet demand by working with other recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
- Accountable for overall recruiting and on-boarding process integrity, quality and budget maintenance.
- Client management - working with hiring managers, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and developing strategy to meet hiring goals
- Ad hoc Project work - lead miscellaneous department projects
- Administrative tasks - Workday, and other recruiting technologies necessary to fulfill on the role

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with atleast 10 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s Degree or MBA with atleast 8 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter
- Atleast 3 years of experience as a sourcing specialist
- Proficiency in recruiting systems
