Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in the day-to-day management of the school.

Collaborate with the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the learning environment.

Support and supervise teaching and administrative staff to ensure effective performance and adherence to school policies.

Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment methods to meet educational goals and standards.

Monitor student academic progress, behavior, and attendance, and implement appropriate interventions as needed.

Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment by enforcing school rules and disciplinary procedures.

Coordinate extracurricular activities, events, and special programs to enrich student's educational experience.

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to address student needs and concerns.

Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of staff members.

Conduct staff meetings, professional development sessions, and workshops to support continuous improvement.

Handle administrative tasks such as budget management, record-keeping, and report generation.

Represent the school at meetings, conferences, and community events as required.

Stay updated on educational trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance

and innovation.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications:
Masters and B.Ed instead of Masters in education.

Should have been worked as a coordinator in a CBSE school for at least 5 years.

Previous experience in school administration or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and assessment

practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively manage staff, students, and resources.

Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.

Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive school community.

Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and

community members.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
