PPC / Shopping Campaign Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Manage campaigns end-to-end i.e., from idealization, planning & optimizing it across mobile and web. Manage multiple paid campaigns such as Search, GDN, PLA, Re-marketing, Video Ads, App marketing.**
Periodically develop, allocate and review Marketing / Advertising budgets i.e., weekly, monthly, annually. Also develop concrete plan for Brand campaigns and shopping campaigns.
**Have experience in Google analytics in order to understand the data. Measure and report key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and also provide feedback to the Category and tech team. Communicate key learning's and developments to stakeholders, and offer problem-solving strategies.**
Drive & manages user acquisition for our websites via internal and external channels with a focus on ROAS.
**Understanding of analytics tools and analyze metrics: traffic, quality, conversion funnel, attribution and develop strategies to improve key metrics.**
Measure and optimize on performance ROI, retention, engagement etc.
**Plan, manage and execute to achieve optimum ROI per acquisition.**
Create maintain reports to communicate the performance of the campaigns to internal stakeholders.
**Develop and monitor campaign budgets.**
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
**A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing with a specific focus on ROAS campaigns.**
Strong excel and Google Ads, Analytics etc. tools knowledge in order to implement the ad-hoc tasks.
**Experience from e-commerce industry is a plus.**
Has handled budgets of minimum 5-10 lacs on a month-to-month basis.
**Love for data and numbers and formulate data-driven strategies with the strong analytical and conceptual skills.**
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
