Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires.
- Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with specialized recruitment (e.g., technical, executive, or high-volume recruitment).
- BTECH Computer science / BCA preferable
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferable
