Job Description Job Summary We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in managing HR processes using tools like Zoho Recruit or similar HR software. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management . Coordinate payroll data , employee benefits, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.). Conduct induction programs and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Handle employee queries, grievances, and exit formalities . Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training sessions, and evaluations . Prepare and maintain HR reports, offer letters, and other official correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices. Support management in building a positive, transparent, and productive work culture. Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). 1–4 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Assistant / HR Generalist . Hands-on experience with HR software (Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Excel, etc.) . Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliances . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work independently. Preferred Skills Experience in HR roles within consulting or service-based companies . Familiarity with Zoho One suite (Recruit, People, Books, Projects) .
