**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO).

2.Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets to maximize ROI and track key performance metrics.

3.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and recommend optimization strategies based on insights.

4.Performance Optimization: Optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to lower CPA and CPC.

5.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create effective ad creative and landing pages.

6.Market & Competitor Research: Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

7.Performance Tools & Platforms: Use Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms to manage and optimize campaigns and track KPIs.

**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2.2+ years of experience in performance marketing, especially in paid search (SEM), paid social (Facebook/Instagram ads), and display advertising (preferably for consumer appliances or electronics).

3.Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.

4.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools like Google Analytics.

5.Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.

6.Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

7.Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.

**Working Conditions**:
1.Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 10 AM-7 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
