**Working Hours**: 10 am to 7 pm

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telemarketing Executive** to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and supporting sales conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
- Explain products or services and their benefits to potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate call notes and statuses.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow up to close potential leads.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign strategies.
- Provide feedback on call responses and customer needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
