We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken individual with a strong sense of empathy to join our team as an Order & Customer Support Executive. This role involves end-to-end order processing, managing customer queries, and contributing to campaign support efforts. You will be a vital part of ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Location
- Chhatarpur**

**Primary responsibilities will include**:

- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: from placement to successful delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and pharmacy teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
- Assist the marketing team in **campaign execution and follow-ups**.
- Work proactively to resolve issues and escalate when required.
- Willing to take additional responsibilities in support or operations when needed.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer support or order management is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
