Dispatch Executive

**Location**:Wadmukhwadi Charholi Pune

**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: 15-20 K

**Experience**:Minimum 1 Year

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Dispatch Executive to

company standards and client requirements. This role requires excellent organizational skills,attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch Operations Management:

- Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery

of products.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for seamless

dispatch operations.

2. Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch documentation, including invoices,

delivery challans, and transport records.
- Ensure all dispatch-related documents comply with company policies and

legal requirements.

3. Inventory Coordination:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for dispatch.
- Communicate with warehouse staff to address stock discrepancies or issues.

4. Vendor and Transport Management:

- Liaise with transport vendors to arrange vehicles and optimize delivery routes.
- Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.

5. Quality and Compliance:

- Verify that all dispatched goods meet quality standards and are packaged

securely.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during

dispatch activities.

6. Customer Interaction:

- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and address any

concerns or delays.
- Provide updates on dispatch status and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Reporting:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch activities, including

delivery timelines, costs, and issues.
- Analyze dispatch performance and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Any Graduate
- Proven experience in dispatch or logistics operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,376.02 - ₹20,490.94 per month
