**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Collection**:

- Contact customers to collect orders for food products, ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Record accurate details of orders, including quantity, product specifications, delivery addresses, and payment methods.
- Follow up with customers to confirm order details, delivery times, and special requests.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery options.
- Resolve any issues related to orders in a prompt and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and orders in the company’s CRM or order management system.

- **Order Follow-Up**:

- Monitor pending orders and follow up with customers for confirmation or adjustments.
- Coordinate with the delivery or operations team to ensure timely delivery.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**:

- Suggest complementary products or upsell items to customers based on their preferences and order history.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Malayalam, Hindi with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:

- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and empathetically.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Accuracy in recording orders and maintaining customer information.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Ability to upsell products and promote the company’s offerings effectively.
- **Time Management**:

- Efficient in handling multiple orders and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Education and Experience**:

- Plus two or equivalent; a college degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or food industry roles is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
