Overview:
Join Eezz Staffing as a tele-caller Executive and become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a Tele caller Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, promoting our staffing solutions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a proactive approach to generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective clients to introduce Eezz Staffing's services and offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects to further discuss our staffing solutions.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, update contact information, and track progress in CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
