We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Tele Caller Executive to support our expanding client base, particularly during UK business hours. This role involves managing outbound and inbound calls, promoting our services, and fostering strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing and web development services and set up meetings or detailed sessions with our project managers.
- Handle inbound calls from prospects and clients, providing them with detailed information and support regarding our services and ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call records and lead statuses in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance scripts and approaches based on the target audience and feedback from call interactions.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and company offerings.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up on client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Caller, Telesales Executive, or similar role with excellent track records in a customer service or sales environment.
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as basic computer skills.
- Strong listening and response skills, able to handle objections and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

**Shift Timings**:

- UK Business Hours (2 PM to 11 PM IST).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,460.52 per month
