**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and presentations, working closely with internal teams to meet client needs.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Meet and exceed set KPIs for lead generation, continuously optimizing strategies based on performance data.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in lead generation or similar roles, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Strong grasp of lead generation tactics, digital marketing, and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Minimum educational qualification: Completed 12th grade.
- Driven to meet and surpass targets, analytical, proactive, and capable of both independent and team work.
