Job Description:
We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 6 months of International Voice Experience in a BPO, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a part of Customer service you will be responsible for retaining customers, addressing their needs, and providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Retain and upsell to existing customers.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed performance targets.

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 6 months of International Voice Experience in a BPO.

Excellent English communication skills.

Ability to work in all shift timing.

Strong problem-solving skills.

A customer-centric approach and a positive attitude.

Job Title: International Voice Process

Location: Pune

Shift: UK Shifts/US Shifts/Rotational shifts

Compensation:
**Salary**: Up to 40000 per month
