**Job description**
Full time Customer Support Associate to assist customers with inquiries in a swift, proficient, and friendly manner. The customer service associate will be instrumental in customer retention and delight by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Point of contact for customers to address queries and issues as per defined SOPs or by directing them to the relevant team.
- Must have the ability to assure customer of issue resolution, swiftly gain customer confidence and trust.
- Conduct customer survey calls to estimate gaps, issues, level of satisfaction and consolidate feedback
- Provide a basic idea of key product features and business to help customers understand the service better, as and when required
- Create and share reports on a timely basis containing key findings/inferences based on customer interactions to company management
- Maintain complete confidentiality while handling customer data
- Fluency in English and Marathi
- Graduate in any discipline with a good academic record
- Basic understanding of finance industry
- Experience with calling & customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- At least around 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer service/ Service desk
- Ability to multi task and experience of team playing
**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
