**Operations Management**:
**Position Overview**:
**1. Sales and Client Acquisition**:
- Present and promote travel packages, services, and offers to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
**2. Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**3. Sales Strategy Implementation**:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify sales opportunities and implement strategies.
- Analyze market trends to develop competitive offers and packages.
**4. Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance evaluations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, packages, and ticketing systems is a plus.
