**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and organize travel packages, itineraries, and arrangements tailored to client needs.
- Handle reservations, ticketing, and visa processing.
- Manage day-to-day travel operations, ensuring smooth execution of services.
- Address and resolve client queries and complaints promptly.
**Sales and Customer Engagement**:
- Proactively identify and convert potential leads into customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Present customized travel solutions to meet client requirements.
**Marketing and Promotion**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote travel packages and services.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional campaigns and events.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
**Digital Marketing**:
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
**Multitasking and Coordination**:
- Liaise with vendors, airlines, hotels, and other service providers for seamless operations.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure the timely delivery of services.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in travel, operations, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the travel industry and customer service excellence.
