**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships and Alliances Associate to join our team. This role is all about building and managing partnerships with brands, companies, and organisations that align with our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify New Partners**: Find and connect with potential partners that can offer value to our student community.
- **Pitching & Proposals**: Prepare and present pitches to potential partners, clearly communicating the benefits of working with Student Tribe.
- **Account Management**: Manage and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring they are satisfied and well-supported.
- **Lead Generation**: Use various channels to generate new leads and build a strong network of connections.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in partnerships, business development, or account management, ideally in an agency, digital media, or youth-focused environment.
- **Networking Skills**: Someone with strong connections in relevant industries.
- **Communication**: Clear, persuasive communicator who can confidently pitch ideas.
- **Project Management**: Able to manage multiple relationships and projects at once.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
