Summary LI-Hybrid Location Hyderabad India Are you ready to reimagine how evidence shapes the future of medicine As Associate Director Evidence Partnerships Solutions you ll be at the forefront of pioneering strategic collaborations and innovative methodologies that drive impactful evidence generation across therapeutic areas This role offers a unique opportunity to influence global healthcare outcomes by integrating cutting-edge technologies and real-world data into the development of life-changing treatments Join us in shaping the future of evidence excellence at Novartis Key Responsibilities Drive identification and scaling of strategic partnerships and solutions aligned with business priorities Pilot innovative methodologies and digital tools to enhance evidence generation impact and scalability Recommend fit-for-purpose data and integrated evidence solutions to support product access and adoption Translate evidence generation needs into scalable technology requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams Connect internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of advanced solutions Promote adoption of novel scientific methods including pragmatic studies and hybrid trial models Develop learning content and toolkits to support new evidence capabilities across global teams Build and evaluate partnerships with medical societies academic institutes and data owners Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in partnership and solution development Maintain data quality and integrity across research initiatives in alignment with global best practices Essential Requirements Advanced degree or equivalent education degree in life science healthcare required MBA or equivalent preferred Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years in pharma academic research or healthcare with focus on evidence generation Proven expertise in interventional and non-interventional trial design and RWE methodologies Strong understanding of global regulatory and access environments Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex scientific concepts Experience working across geographies and navigating global healthcare systems Desirable Requirements Prior experience in strategic partnerships and alliances including managing external scientific collaborations Strong leadership background in international multidisciplinary drug development or country-level product teams Skills Desired Agility Agility Clinical Practices Cross-Functional Collaboration Data Analysis Drug Development Employee Development Healthcare Sector Understanding Health Sciences Influencing Skills Innovation Inspirational Leadership Integrated Evidence Generation Medical Affairs Medical Communication Medical Education Patient Care People Management Pharmaceutics Priority Disease Areas Expertise Product Launches Product Strategy Real World Evidence RWE Regulatory Compliance Research Methodologies 3 more
