**Position Overview**:
**Skills**:
1. 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and customization.

2. Proficiency in the Spanish language is required, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with Spanish-speaking clients.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Design and architect innovative solutions leveraging Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud capabilities to optimize sales processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.

Configure, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to data modeling, workflows, custom objects, page layouts, and process automation.

Conduct thorough analysis of client systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend best practices for Salesforce adoption.

Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
