Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the company’s marketing automation journey
- Create and implement digital marketing automation strategies to increase sales,

improve campaigns, and build customer databases
- Create different automated campaigns based on our customer's personas and customer life cycle
- Ensure our marketing automation campaigns aligns with industry best practices
- Research the ideal marketing automation tools to use to reach potential leads
- Utilising customer relationship management (CRM) software for lead generation and sales
- Work with graphic designers and copywriters to create eye-catching materials for the target audience
- Review and analyse data to identify trends and create data-driven strategies for our marketing projects

Skills Required:

- MUST HAVE: 2-4 years of marketing automation experience, Worked on

Clevertap/MoEngage/Netcore or Any other marketing automation tool
- Proficient in audience segmentation
- Understanding of digital marketing techniques like A/B testing
- Deep knowledge of consumer psychology and behaviour
- Ability to collaborate with team members from other departments
- Project management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing consumer behaviour
- Analytical and driven by data metrics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹165,000.00 per month
