**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring needs across multiple functions or locations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workforce plans and hiring requirements.
- Use a variety of sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pool.
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with interview panels.
- Organize and manage recruitment drives and walk-in interviews to meet volume demands.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate or specialization in HR.
- Proven ability to use MS Office software effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
