Job description Key responsibilities:

  1. Job Analysis and Description Creation:

  2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements of job openings.

  3. Creating detailed job descriptions that clearly outline the responsibilities, qualifications, and skills required for each role.

  4. Sourcing Candidates:

  5. Using various methods to find potential candidates, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, networking, and job fairs.

  6. Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor, and niche job boards.

  7. Screening and Shortlisting:

  8. Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

  9. Conducting initial screening interviews (often by phone or video call) to assess candidate suitability.

  10. Interviewing Candidates:

  11. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  12. Conducting face-to-face or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

  13. Candidate Communication:

  14. Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process, including feedback after interviews.

  15. Providing a positive experience for candidates, ensuring they feel valued and respected.

  16. Negotiating Offers:

  17. Presenting job offers to select candidates and discussing compensation packages.

  18. Coordinating with the HR team to finalize the offer details and facilitate the hiring process.

  19. On boarding:

  20. Coordinating with the HR department to ensure smooth on boarding for new hires.

  21. Ensuring new employees have all the necessary paperwork, resources, and training to integrate into the organization successfully.

  22. Maintaining Recruitment Records:

  23. Managing and maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activity, candidate details, and interview feedback.

  24. Ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards related to recruitment.
