**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **bulk hiring** for entry-level and mid-level positions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure timely closures of all open positions

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience** in bulk recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle **high-volume hiring** in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
