Recruitment Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and closing.
Source candidates using various platforms like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Collaborate with department heads to understand job roles and requirements.

HR Generalist Responsibilities
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Support in attendance, leave management, and basic HR operations.
