A regional sales manager (RSM) (Based Guwahati) in the pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities, including:

- Sales strategies Developing and executing sales plans, setting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities
- Sales team management Recruiting, training, and motivating sales representatives, and monitoring their performance
- Customer relationships Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, and resolving customer issues
- Market analysis Analyzing market trends and competition, and identifying new market opportunities
- Compliance Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaboration Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, to develop brand strategy
- Budgeting Creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts
- New product development Conceptualizing new products, reviewing them before launch, and conducting post-launch audits
- Continuing Medical Education (CME)Providing insights to the management team on CME needs, and coordinating with the team to organize CME events

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
