Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” Key responsibilities: as Site EHS Lead EHS compliance at plant. Maintain safe & pollution free environment within the plant. To build up the EHS Culture inside the plant by organizing EHS awareness programs. Implement EHS promotional activities at plant To make the workplace free from hazard and maintain the plant with acceptable risk. To establish EHS Global culture at site. Educate, train & motivate the employees and contractors to conduct their activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. To establish & sustain EHS Management system at plant. To comply EHS legal and other requirements applicable the site. To create and maintain green belt inside plant premises. To supervise all EHS related activities in plant. Ensuring safe working environment at the site. Implementation and sustaining of EHS Management System (ISO: & ISO:) at site. Adherence to maintenance of loss prevention equipment as per site specific (Fire Hydrant system, Fire Alarm system, & PA system, Fire extinguishers, safety shower and eye wash, emergency lights) Preparation and implementation of emergency response procedure for the emergency prone scenarios applicable to site. Closure of action items under EHS responsibility. Conduct monthly EHS review meeting is conducted with Site Leadership team, Contractor Safety, emergency response team and Plant EHS committee meeting (as per regulatory requirement) Promoting Safe Behavioral Change by improving the awareness and capability of people To develop EHS CAPEX budget for the site and track them for complete.
