Key Responsibilities:
  • To establish a continuous improvement in Quality excellence and innovation while supporting data quality & compliance
  • To oversee quality improvement events, participate in cross-functional project teams, define and monitor performance metrics and foster culture.
  • Trending and evaluation of quality data, and identify Key Areas of Improvement
  • Trending and evaluation of CAPA, Process & Quality improvements
  • Collection of data from different sources related to manufacturing and Quality to analyze as per KPI
  • To track lead and lag indicators
  • To design the dashboard for all Quality related KPI.
  • To prepare the Quality Metrics as per defined schedule.
  • Periodic review of Quality Systems (LIMS, LMS, SAP & Trackwise)
  • Overall Equipment effectiveness to be monitored for the critical quality instruments.
  • Value Stream Mapping of products during Analysis
