Roles & Responsibilities
- Stock Handling - handle and manage the jewellery stock for display. Check for visual QC & stock management
- Sales - Assist Customers in purchasing leading to Sales conversion who arrive at the office to buy jewellery - Cross-sell/up-sell
- Responsible for providing great customer experience
- Explain the brand journey, brand values and why NOD
- Analyze Sales Data, identify key trends & make recommendations
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the management for business improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about market trends
- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Generate customer leads and do regular follow ups.
- Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.
- Qualification
- o Experience in the Jewellery Retail Industry is preferred. Luxury retail is needed.o Strong interpersonal skillso Excellent communication skillso Ability to convince and converse with customerso Ability to Learn & Adapto Well-conversant in Englisho Well-groomed, well styled

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
