Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify & Research Leads**: Perform market research to identify potential accounts, assessing their needs and identifying key stakeholders in target industries.
- **Develop Client Relationships**: Build rapport and trust with potential customers by understanding their challenges and providing tailored insights into how our mobile solutions can meet their needs.
- **Provide Technical Insight & Product Information**: Communicate the benefits of our mobile app development services, offering technical information to address specific client inquiries or project requirements.
- **CRM & Sales Funnel Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead progression.
- **Support Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and development teams to align on service offerings, new opportunities, and client feedback.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Strong Communication Skills** with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- **Sales Interest & Aptitude** - Passionate about sales and eager to develop skills in a technical sales environment.
- **Self-Motivated** and goal-oriented with a positive, proactive approach.
- **Organizational Skills** - Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
