Admin and Travel Desk Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Organizing events including logistics, stationery etc.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records and filing systems
- Provide comprehensive travel support to employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Supporting in office administrative work
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible rates and terms for travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of all travel expenses.
- Prepare travel reports and analyze travel data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel-related role.
- Strong knowledge of travel industry best practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
