Company is Auto Component Mfg co. corporate office located at Bandra Mumbai. Alternative Saturday is applicable as weekly holiday apart from regular Sunday weekly off.

Exp level - 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant filed of admin, reception and travel desk etc.

Job Description: The Receptionist cum Travel Desk Admin will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. The person will also manage travel-related activities in the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Reception Management: Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are comfortable. Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party.
- Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
- Travel Desk Management: Handle all travel arrangements and operations (like ticketing, visa, and hotel booking) as per requirement.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, and other documents.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and conference rooms. Ensure conference rooms are equipped with the necessary resources for meetings.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Good organizational, scheduling, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Travel and Admin exp is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
