**Front Office & Admin Executive**
**Location**: [Mumbai] | **Experience**: 2-5 Years
We’re looking for a smart, organized **Front Office & Admin Executive** to manage reception duties, office operations, and admin support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome visitors, manage calls & front desk
- Oversee office maintenance, pantry, and supplies
- Handle courier, dispatch, and urgent logistics
- Manage inventory (stationery, housekeeping, pantry)
- Assist with new joiner onboarding & ID kits
- Coordinate with vendors & supervise support staff
- HR coordination
- Assist with POSH documentation logistics and record keeping.
Pay: ₹9,389.01 - ₹30,366.84 per month
