Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in administrative roles and managing travel desks (domestic and international). 3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools. 5. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 6. Familiarity with visa processing and international travel requirements. 7. Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Knowledge of travel management software. 2. Previous experience in cost optimization and vendor management.
