Miracle Group of Companies, a leading name in the printing and packaging industry with 15 years of excellence, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Desk Executive to join our team in Jaipur. As a Travel Desk Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements for our employees, clients, and guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate all travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and visa processing for employees, clients, and guests.
- Research and identify cost-effective travel options while ensuring the highest level of comfort and convenience.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, invoices, and receipts for accounting purposes.
- Act as a point of contact for travel-related queries and provide timely assistance and support to travelers.
- Handle travel emergencies and disruptions effectively, ensuring mínimal inconvenience to travelers.
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to negotiate favorable rates and terms.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories to ensure compliance and safety.
- Assist in arranging logistics for company events, conferences, and business meetings as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate travel schedules and align with business objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and personal details.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the printing and packaging industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and procedures.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful attitude.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
