Job Title: Front Desk / Tele calling Executive
Location: Jaipur Office C-106/D, Bajaj Nagar Marg, Ipsa, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 30201
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle visitor inquiries, direct them to the concerned departments, and maintain visitor records.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with office staff for administrative support.
Tele calling:
- Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, reminders, or promotional purposes.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Update and maintain customer/lead databases.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, or product/service demonstrations.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Higher Secondary (preferred in any discipline).
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure.
- Prior experience in front desk or tele calling will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
