**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential dealers and distributors.
- Expand the dealer network in the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**2. Dealer/Channel Management**:

- Manage and support existing dealers to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to dealers on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Resolve dealer queries and concerns promptly.
- Monitor dealer performance and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

**3. Costing and Negotiation**:

- Prepare and present cost-effective sales proposals and quotations to dealers.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to close profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

**4. Networking and Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers to understand their requirements and provide support.

**5. Reporting and Coordination**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and share insights on territory performance with management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3 to 6 years of experience in sales and dealership/channel management in industries like hardware, cement, paints, steel wire, or TMT bars.
- **Skills**:

- Proven expertise in **B2B sales** and dealer management.
- Strong negotiation and costing abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and dealer performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Nagpur market and surrounding regions will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
