We are looking for a **Biddable Paid Media Executive** to join our APAC team
1+ years experience in paid search and either paid social or programmatic display required.
You will work with a team to create and optimise world class digital media campaigns for our diverse range of clients across APAC on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yahoo, Baidu, Snapchat, TikTok and other platforms. From building bespoke campaigns, to analysing their performance and communicating their success to your clients, this role is the perfect blend of data and digital media.

**Who this job is for**:
- You have a degree from a top university, with at least a 4.0 GPA or equivalent
- You may have previously worked in a media agency, client side, or in publisher ad ops
- You are proactive, positive and self-motivated
- You enjoy working with data, numbers and excel - STEM backgrounds are not necessary but a real bonus
- You have a passion for problem-solving and a process driven mindset
- You have tip-top organisation skills and are able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- You have strong communication skills
- You have a strong moral compass, wanting to win but be the good folks on the journey

**Training**
- The role will kick off with a training program in the Brainlabs Academy (our tried and tested world-class training scheme).
- This will strengthen your understanding of the industry and get you up to speed with our best practices.
You’ll learn through lectures, practicals & getting thrown into the deep end with real client work.
**Give me a breakdown of what a Biddable Paid Media Executive at Brainlabs does**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the set up, implementation and QA of game changing campaigns paid media campaigns to best practice standards for a diverse range of clients.
- Working closely with, supporting, and being supported by the Paid Media Manager to deliver day to day tasks in line with client needs and objectives.
- Monitoring and reviewing the performance of campaigns to make data enabled recommendations and optimisations by getting stuck into the data and approaching challenges with a scientific and mathematical mindset.
- Proposing and implementing ad copy, targeting, feature and format testing for client accounts.
- Supporting with ad operations activities (for example ad trafficking)
Accountable for the delivery of accurate and timely reporting for clients - Extracting actionable insight from data through proactive analysis to inform optimisation.
- Navigating and becoming an expert on paid search, paid social and programmatic advertising platforms (Google Ads, Yahoo, Baidu, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, DV360 and The Trade Desk)
- Create written performance insights with rich analysis, insight and clear actions. - Communicate effectively internally and externally to show off the fantastic work and results we are producing.
- Supporting the development and day to day tasks of junior team members
- Participate in wider company initiatives including, but not limited to new business pitches and internal marketing efforts
- Cultivates an atmosphere that embraces diversity and inclusion within the team and agency
- Help shape agency processes, best practices and tech automation
