Paid Media Strategist
, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and optimizing
AI-driven performance marketing campaigns
across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

You will lead strategic media planning, ensure campaign efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires hands-on expertise in
Performance Max (pMax)
and other
AI-powered campaign types
, coupled with a data-first mindset and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Enterprise Leadership

  • Develop and execute AI-led paid media strategies that align with customer goals and Milestone's digital vision.
  • Lead campaign innovation by leveraging Performance Max, AI bidding strategies, and cross-channel optimization.
  • Translate business objectives into measurable campaign outcomes that drive brand and revenue growth.

Operational Excellence & Scalable Growth

  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across Google, Bing, Meta, and programmatic channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Implement automation and process standardization to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Innovation & High-Performance Culture

  • Integrate AI-driven tools, predictive analytics, and smart automation into campaign workflows.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, new ad formats, and algorithm updates.
  • Test and deploy new performance strategies, automation scripts, and AI agents to increase efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, analytics, and creative teams to align campaign execution with business goals.
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting insights, results, and AI-enabled strategies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a unified and data-driven approach to campaign management.

Customer-Centric Business Impact

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing actionable insights and measurable business recommendations.
  • Ensure campaign strategies translate into tangible results that strengthen customer success and retention.
  • Use data analytics and automation to deliver precision targeting and improved user engagement.

Talent Cultivation & Empowerment

  • Share knowledge of AI-driven marketing best practices with peers.
  • Contribute to process innovation and mentor junior media specialists on campaign excellence.

data-driven performance marketer
with a passion for innovation and AI integration. You excel at combining analytical depth with creative strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love problem-solving, and are always seeking to experiment with new technologies that elevate campaign performance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing roles.
  • Expertise in Google Ads (pMax, AI-driven campaigns) and Meta Ads; experience with Bing Ads and Programmatic platforms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), attribution models, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with automation, scripts, or AI agents is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to deliver improved paid traffic efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Flexibility to work in US time zones.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Marin, Kenshoo, TradeDesk, or other DSPs preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEM, SEO fundamentals, and keyword strategy beneficial.
