**Description of Activities**:
Purchase request creation/ Modification. Purchase request approval follow up Purchase request follow ups with Procurement IT goods delivery follow up with Procurement STPI bonding/debonding follow up with Finance Invoice collection of all IT purchases GRN creation (on SAP and excel sheet form) Invoice submission Check the invoices to comply with finance legal requirement Invoice corrections if any mistakes Follow up with the vendor for the Invoice. Maintain hard copies and soft copies of all the documents Hardware/Software warranty and AMC follow ups Setup the master sheet of license;trigger alert 2 months before license/AMC/Contract expiry Resource contract renewal follow-ups Recruitment coordination Prepare ,Review of user manual and technical documentation Knowledge on budgeting Knowledge on Opex and Cape
