**Roles and Responsibilities of an Admin Support**

**Documentation and Filing**
- Organizing, maintaining, and managing physical and digital records/documents.
- Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and printing documents as required by the staff.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive files and documents.
- Ensuring timely distribution of circulars, memos, and other official documentation within the office.

**Courier and Delivery Management**
- Managing incoming and outgoing courier deliveries.
- Coordinating with courier services for timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Ensuring proper labeling, tracking, and follow-up of dispatched items.
- Delivering packages/documents to external locations as per organizational requirements.

**HR and Admin Support**
- Assisting in setting up meetings and managing office supplies for HR and administrative tasks.
- Supporting HR with employee onboarding kits, distributing ID cards, and maintaining stationery stock.
- Helping in arranging documents required for recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Assisting in maintaining attendance registers or HR-related logs.

**General Office Maintenance and Support**
- Ensuring organization of workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Assisting in setting up workstations for new employees.
- Ensuring all office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) is in working order and reporting issues promptly.

**Miscellaneous Tasks**
- Running errands such as collecting office supplies, paying utility bills, or banking-related tasks.
- Providing support during office events and gatherings.
- Adhering to company policies and maintaining professional behavior at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
