We are on the lookout for a talented Public Relations Executive to join our fast-paced team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations initiatives that enhance our brand visibility, build positive relationships with stakeholders, and drive overall business success.

**Job Responsibility**

Strategic Communication Planning:
Devise and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote PeepalCo’s mission, values, and products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.

Media Relations

Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, and industry influencers to secure media coverage.

Brand Messaging:
Craft and refine our brand narrative to ensure consistent and impactful communication across all channels.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to positionPeepalCo as a thought leader.

Increase participation in high-impact events and awards

Content Creation:
Draft compelling press releases, media responses and press statements to effectively communicate our key messages.

Measurement and Reporting:
Measure and analyze brand SOV in comparison to competitors

**Qualification**

3-5 years of experience working in public relations firm or corporate communications team in a fast-paced startup

Proven experience in public relations, preferably within the fintech industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to generate positive media coverage.

Experience in managing PR campaigns and events.

Familiarity with current trends in fintech and financial services.

Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy

Collaborative and excelling in team spirit, both internally and externally - the ability to build relationships and trust

Know how to use Microsoft office and G-suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
