**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Poppy Seed Communication is a growing digital marketing agency based in East of Kailash, New Delhi. We specialize in providing result-driven marketing solutions to a diverse clientele. We are currently looking for a performance-driven **PPC Executive** who is experienced in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads** (Facebook & Instagram), and other PPC platforms.
- Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and PPC trends.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives and messaging are aligned.
- Maintain campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective advertising.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising.
- Proficiency in **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube) and **Meta Ads** (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong understanding of keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
