Responsible for managing the scrum process.
- Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
- Create and manage scrum boards and dashboards.
- Coach the team for the day-to-day execution. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project.
- Exercise solid servant leadership skills.
- Mentor the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Help the team to be self-organized.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments.
- Help in team discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings.
- Support the Product Owner during grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with 2+ years of relevant experience in project management/Scrum Master.
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP.
- Knowledge about Agile terminologies like: Sprints, User Stories, Continuous Integration, Backlogs, Automated Testing, Velocity etc.
- Understand the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
- Demonstrated project leadership skills / scrum master skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams and schedule.
- Demonstrated project management skills / scrum master skills with multiple teams of varying size.
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
