Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries related to architectural projects, construction timelines, and services offered.

Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule consultations and appointments for clients with our architects and project managers.

Record Maintenance:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls to clients to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on services provided.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Continuous Improvement:
Suggest improvements to enhance the customer service experience and streamline call centre operations.

### **Qualifications**:
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.

**Experience**:
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the construction or architectural sector.
- Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High level of patience and empathy.
