Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents for internal and client workflows; integrate with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources.">
  3. Build secure, supportable Power Platform solutions (Apps/Automate/Pages) with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.">
  4. Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes; instrument and tune performance.">
  5. Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value; document patterns for reuse and handover.">
  6. Operate within AI Acceptable Use Policy and coordinate with IT on governance/ISO27001 expectations for Power Platform solutions.">

  • Micorosoft Copilot Studio: designs and deploys agents; prompt engineering; integrates with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint; understands agent performance metrics.">
  • Power Platform expertise: hands-on Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages; builds custom connectors; integrates REST APIs/Azure services into solutions.">
  • Scripting for integrations: able to write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.">
  • Business partnering: translates business requirements into scalable AI solutions; collaborates across functions; problem-solves and optimises flows.">
  • Qualifications (preferred): Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100/200/400/600) or demonstrable Power Platform title/track record.">
  • Ways of working works within AI governance and acceptable use framework.">
